Immigration & relocation
Support for longer-term moves
Moving abroad for study, work or family is different from a holiday visa. Here's how we can — and can't — help.
Important: Immigration applications (study, work, family settlement and permanent residence) are decided by government authorities and can involve legal requirements. We are not a law firm or a licensed immigration adviser in any foreign jurisdiction. Where regulated advice is needed, we will recommend you consult a qualified, licensed professional.
How this differs from tourist visas
Tourist visa support covers short visits. Immigration and relocation involve longer stays, stricter eligibility and often regulated advice. We keep these services separate and focus on practical, non-legal support.
What we can help with
- Organising and checking your documents for completeness
- Translation and attestation coordination guidance
- Study and family-reunion document preparation (non-legal)
- Relocation flights, including one-way and excess baggage
- Temporary accommodation on arrival
- Airport pickup and initial transport
- Travel insurance for the move
- Referrals to licensed advisers where required
What we don't do
- Provide legal advice or representation
- Guarantee any visa, permit or residency outcome
- Act on behalf of any government
