- General file processing: BDT 25,000 per applicant
- Premium file processing: BDT 50,000 per applicant
File-preparation time: Scheduled after profile review and receipt of the required information.
US visa fees are paid separately by the applicant at the official rate in force on the payment date.

- Valid passport and copies of previous passports and visas
- Recent photograph meeting the destination's specification
- National ID card and civil-status documents where applicable
- Employment NOC and office ID, or trade licence and company documents
- Personal or company bank statements and bank solvency evidence
- Income-tax documents where applicable
- Travel plan, accommodation and flight reservations
- Education and ten-year employment history
- Invitation and host documents when applicable
