We prepare short-stay files for all Schengen destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Apply through the country of your main stay; if stays are equal, the first-entry rule may apply.

Service charges

  • General submission file processing: BDT 20,000 per applicant
  • Premium file processing: BDT 50,000 per applicant

File-preparation time: General submission: file prepared around the available appointment date, usually a minimum of 20 working days. Premium: 3–5 working days for Travel 365 file preparation, subject to appointment availability.

Embassy visa fees, application-centre fees, insurance and courier charges are separate unless a written quotation expressly includes them.

  • Valid passport and copies of previous passports and visas
  • Recent photograph meeting the destination's specification
  • National ID card and civil-status documents where applicable
  • Employment NOC and office ID, or trade licence and company documents
  • Personal or company bank statements and bank solvency evidence
  • Income-tax documents where applicable
  • Travel plan, accommodation and flight reservations
  • Schengen-compliant travel medical insurance
  • Confirmed appointment documents and destination-specific forms
