Quotations and bookings

Website itineraries describe services we can arrange. A booking exists only after you accept a written quotation, provide accurate traveller details and pay the stated deposit or full balance. Availability and price can change until payment is received and suppliers confirm each service.

Prices and payment

Your quotation states the currency, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and validity period. Government taxes, exchange rates and supplier charges can change. Any change required after quotation expiry or caused by incorrect traveller information may be repriced.

Names, passports and travel documents

You must check that names match passports and that passports, visas, permits, health documents and entry requirements are valid for the entire journey. Costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the traveller's responsibility.

Changes and cancellations

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers set their own amendment, cancellation and refund rules. Your quotation states the rules applying to your booking. Once a service is issued or confirmed, supplier penalties and any work already completed may be non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed after the supplier returns the funds.

Visa support

Our visa service covers document preparation, form support and travel arrangements as stated in your quotation. Embassies and immigration authorities alone decide applications and may change requirements, request more evidence, delay processing or refuse an application. Government, biometric and application-centre fees are non-refundable unless that authority states otherwise.

Supplier and travel changes

We arrange services supplied by independent airlines, hotels, guides, transport operators and other providers. Timetables, routes, ports, attractions and accommodation can change for operational, safety, weather or government reasons. We will offer the available remedy under the supplier's rules and applicable law.

Traveller conduct and insurance

Travellers must follow local laws, supplier rules and reasonable safety instructions. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for a destination or visa.
